Expands the generic Software/Firmware architecture sections with verified detail: key helpers/ building blocks, an honest note that native_test is currently broken as committed, the 5 real firmware-role apps under examples/, and the actual 63-variant board count.

Expands the generic Software/Firmware architecture sections with verified detail: key helpers/ building blocks, an honest note that native_test is currently broken as committed, the 5 real firmware-role apps under examples/, and the actual 63-variant board count.
- Software: name key helpers/ building blocks (CommonCLI, ClientACL,
  IdentityStore, BaseChatMesh, per-arch board classes); document the
  native_test scaffold honestly -- it's currently NOT runnable as
  committed (pio test -e native_test errors 'Nothing to build',
  live-verified), not wired into CI.
- Firmware: table the 5 actual firmware-role apps under examples/;
  correct the board count from a vague 'remain available' to the
  real number (63 variants under variants/, counted), across ESP32/
  nRF52/RP2040, each with its own per-variant platformio.ini.
