platform immediately, with a clear date and an end-to-end checklist
(picker label, Shift+3, Alt+4, ā/ī/š/ņ).

Drops the redundant Manual installation section — install.sh is the
single sanctioned per-user path; the all-users sudo variant was
unaligned with what the script actually does. Drops the standalone
Compatibility section (folded into the new "Tested on" line) and the
"System Settings vs System Preferences" note (irrelevant on Ventura+).
